Correct. We agree engagement terms before any work starts, and billing follows delivery — there's no placement or setup fee to begin.
How is this different from EOR?
Employer of Record makes us the legal employer. Contractor of Record engages talent as contractors instead — faster to set up, and often the better fit when you don't need full employment infrastructure.
How quickly can you onboard someone?
Typically 48–72 hours for general roles, and 5–10 business days for specialised or technical roles.
Can contractors work outside standard shifts?
Yes. We schedule contractors to overlap with your business hours specifically, whether that's Europe, the US East Coast, or a custom window you set.
Do you support languages other than English?
Every contractor is fluent in English by default. Where a role needs another language, we source for it specifically.
How does billing work?
Monthly invoicing in USD, scoped to the budget agreed at the start of the engagement.
